QUOTA FLEX help

What is included for free?

Wake Up, Desk Reset, and Back & Hip Reset are free starter routines. FLEX Plus adds the full library, flexible session options, and custom routines. FLEX is coming soon; final prices and any introductory offer appear before purchase.

How do I save my own routine?

In Explore, choose Build a routine, select your movements, and give it a name. You can also save a custom combination after a session. Find saved combinations in Explore → My routines. Routine building is a Plus feature.

How do I adjust voice guidance?

Open Settings → Voice & timer sounds. Spoken guidance and timer sounds have their own controls. Movement instructions and the visible timer remain available when audio is off.

How do stretch depth and check-ins work?

Choose the depth and movement preferences that feel appropriate for you. Feedback can inform a suggestion, but you choose whether to apply it. Check-ins compare your own observations using the same movement, side, and setup; they are not range-of-motion measurements.

How do I connect iCloud or Apple Health?

In Settings, choose Enable private iCloud sync or Connect Apple Health. FLEX uses its own private iCloud copy and writes completed flexibility sessions to Health. It never reads Health data. Turning a connection off retains previously saved data. FLEX does not include the seven-day recovery browser from CORE and OVERLOAD.

How do I restore or cancel FLEX Plus?

Use Restore purchases in the membership screen with the Apple Account used to purchase. To cancel, open iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting FLEX does not cancel a subscription. A CORE or OVERLOAD membership does not unlock FLEX Plus.

How do I delete FLEX data?

FLEX currently has no full in-app data reset. Delete the app to remove its local data, and use Apple iCloud storage controls to delete its cloud copy. Remove saved Health workouts and exported files separately. Turning sync off alone does not delete the cloud copy.

Which QUOTA app should I use?

Choose QUOTA CORE when you want short, flexible core sessions built around a weekly commitment and today’s equipment. Choose QUOTA OVERLOAD when you want a structured Base, Build, or nSuns strength program with detailed set logging, accessories, rest timing, and equipment substitutions. Choose the upcoming QUOTA FLEX for stretching and mobility. Each app has separate training records and a separate subscription.

How does iCloud backup and sync work?

CORE and OVERLOAD each keep their own private iCloud copy in your Apple Account when iCloud is available. Sync runs automatically after changes and can also be started from the app. The recovery controls can compare local data with iCloud and restore missing history from up to seven daily recovery versions. CORE and OVERLOAD do not share training data with each other.

What does Apple Health access do?

Apple Health access is optional. CORE and OVERLOAD can save completed strength workouts; FLEX saves flexibility workouts. CORE and FLEX do not request read access. OVERLOAD also offers a separate Show other workouts setting to read workout summaries from the last 90 days. Saving and importing are separate opt-ins, and the apps do not write calorie estimates.

How does OVERLOAD’s Show other workouts option work?

In OVERLOAD Settings → Apple Health, enable Show other workouts and choose workout read access. It displays the last 90 days of workout summaries, including activity, timing, duration, and source, such as CORE, FLEX, or another app. These summaries stay in memory on your device, are excluded from iCloud sync and exports, and never change your program, training maxes, strength trends, or muscle coverage. Turn the setting off to clear them from OVERLOAD; the original Health workouts remain. If nothing appears, there may be no eligible workouts or read access may be off. Check Health permissions and use Refresh.

Why am I not receiving reminders or rest alerts?

Open the app’s Settings and confirm the reminder or alert is enabled, then check Settings > Notifications on your iPhone. OVERLOAD next-set alerts require notification permission and only fire when a rest timer ends while the app is not active. Its Live Activity is a separate setting.

Can I export my training data?

Yes. In Settings, use Export Training Data to create a readable JSON file containing the current app’s plan, settings, progression, and workout history. In FLEX, use Prepare data export, then Share data export. The file leaves the app only when you choose a destination in the system share sheet. Store it as carefully as you would any other fitness record.

How do I reset or delete training history?

In QUOTA CORE, choose Reset Training Data in Settings. In QUOTA OVERLOAD, use Delete Program and Training History from Progress. Confirming the action clears that app’s local program and training history and propagates the reset to its private iCloud record. OVERLOAD retains your app settings and custom exercises. Copies you exported and workouts already written to Apple Health must be deleted from those destinations separately.

Before sending a support report

Include the app name, iPhone model, iOS version, app version and build, what you expected, and what happened. Screenshots are useful when they do not expose more workout or health information than you are comfortable sharing. Never send an Apple Account password, verification code, or unnecessary health information.
