AI Usage Disclosure

Some NovoBuild products may incorporate Artificial Intelligence (AI) features. We believe in being fully transparent about when AI is used and where your data goes. Most NovoBuild apps and games do not send data to any AI service.
1. When data leaves your device
Data is sent to a third-party AI provider only when a specific product includes a disclosed, network-based AI feature — and only when you use that feature. In that case, the text, prompt, or data you provide to the feature is sent over the internet to the named provider (for example, OpenAI or Anthropic) to generate a response.
On-device intelligence — such as Apple frameworks that run entirely on your iPhone — is not a third-party AI API. Features built on such frameworks do not send your data to NovoBuild or to outside AI providers.
2. Which products use network AI features
Each product’s own Privacy Policy (available in the Legal Center) is the authoritative source: if an app includes a network-based AI feature, its Privacy Policy names the specific provider and describes exactly what is sent. If a product’s Privacy Policy lists no AI provider, that product sends no data to AI services.
3. No training on user data
NovoBuild does not use your personal data, app data, or prompts to train or fine-tune AI models.
Furthermore, where a product does use a network AI provider, we only partner with providers whose business agreements state they will not use data submitted via their API to train their public models.
4. User responsibility
When you use a disclosed network AI feature, the data you submit is processed by external servers:
- Do not submit highly sensitive personal data (e.g., Social Security numbers, confidential medical records) to AI generation features.
- You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before relying on it, as models can hallucinate or produce inaccurate information.
