CashSpan Financial Information Statement

CashSpan is planning software, not a bank, credit union, lender, broker, payment service, money transmitter, investment adviser, or financial planner. NovoBuild does not hold, receive, move, or transmit money; provide accounts, deposits, credit, payments, investments, or insurance; verify transactions or balances; or make financial decisions for the user.
Projections are estimates, not guarantees
Every CashSpan projection is an estimate calculated from the information you enter. A projection is a way of organizing your own numbers across time — it is not a promise about what will actually happen to your money.
What the app cannot see
CashSpan does not connect to any financial institution, so it cannot see pending transactions, settlement order, holds, fees, overdraft rules, taxes, emergencies, or anything you have not entered. If information is missing, out of date, or entered incorrectly, the projection will reflect that.
Your decisions remain yours
- You remain responsible for checking your accounts, bills, and agreements, and for seeking appropriate professional advice, before making financial decisions.
- CashSpan provides general informational calculations and organizational tools — not individualized financial, investment, legal, tax, credit, accounting, or debt-management advice.
- Using CashSpan does not create a professional, fiduciary, advisory, or client relationship between you and NovoBuild.
If a decision really matters
For material financial decisions, or in a situation of urgent hardship, contact the relevant creditor or financial institution directly and consult an appropriate qualified professional or local support service. CashSpan is a planning aid — it is not the right tool for resolving an emergency.
