Stonegate: Wildbound — Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of Stonegate: Wildbound, published by NovoBuild LLC. By downloading or using the game, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using Stonegate: Wildbound, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game.

2. License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, NovoBuild grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use Stonegate: Wildbound for your personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple-branded devices that you own or control. You may not:

  • Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code.
  • Modify, translate, or create derivative works.
  • Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice.
  • Use the game for any unlawful purpose.

3. Intellectual Property

All content within Stonegate: Wildbound, including text, graphics, logos, audio, and software, is the property of NovoBuild LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

4. Purchases

If Stonegate: Wildbound offers in-app purchases, they are processed entirely by the Apple App Store. NovoBuild does not handle payment processing directly, and refund requests must be directed to Apple. Where the game supports it, use Restore Purchases to recover a previous purchase on a new device.

5. Your Content and Data

You retain all rights to content you create within Stonegate: Wildbound. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups where the game provides export or backup features. See the Stonegate: Wildbound Privacy Policy for how the game handles data.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Stonegate: Wildbound is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the game will be error-free or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NovoBuild LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of Stonegate: Wildbound, including loss of data.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the game after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
