Privacy Policy for Stonegate: Wildbound

Overview

Stonegate: Wildbound is developed and published by NovoBuild LLC. The current version is designed as a single-player game that does not require an account and does not send gameplay information to NovoBuild.

This policy distinguishes between three kinds of processing:

• Information processed by the Stonegate: Wildbound app.
• Information processed by the NovoBuild website or support form.
• Information processed independently by Apple through the App Store or operating system.

Information stored on the device

The game stores limited progress information locally, including:

• Best completion time.
• Best treasure result.
• Basic application preferences that may be required by the operating system or game engine.

This information remains on the device and is not used to identify the player. It may be removed if the app is deleted or its local data is cleared.

Information the game does not collect

In the current release, NovoBuild does not collect through the game:

• Names or contact details.
• Account credentials.
• Precise or approximate location.
• Contacts.
• Photos or videos.
• Camera or microphone recordings.
• Advertising identifiers.
• Gameplay analytics.
• Purchase history.
• Health information.
• Tracking information used across apps or websites.

Accounts, advertising, and purchases

The current game does not require a NovoBuild account, display third-party advertising, or include in-app purchases. This section will be revised if the commercial model changes.

External links

The game contains links to NovoBuild’s website, support page, and legal pages. Opening a link leaves the game and uses the device’s browser. Information processed by those pages is governed by the website’s applicable privacy notice, described below.

Support requests

If you contact NovoBuild for support, we may receive information you voluntarily provide, such as your name, email address, device model, iOS version, game version, a description of the problem, and any screenshots or recordings you attach.

• Why it is used: to respond to your request, diagnose problems, and improve the game.
• Where it is stored: within NovoBuild’s email and support systems.
• Who can access it: NovoBuild staff handling support, and the service providers that operate our email and hosting on our behalf.
• How long it is retained: only as long as needed to resolve your request and keep a reasonable record of the correspondence, after which it is deleted.
• Deletion: you may request deletion of your support correspondence at any time using the contact details below.

Please do not include passwords, Apple ID credentials, or payment card information in a support request. If screenshot uploads are enabled through the website contact form, any files you submit are used only to resolve your request and are deleted on the same schedule as the rest of the correspondence.

Website technical data

The NovoBuild website does not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking. Like most websites, our hosting provider may process standard technical information — such as IP address, browser type, timestamps, and referring pages — in server logs for security, reliability, and abuse prevention. This information is retained only as long as needed for those purposes.

If analytics or cookies are added to the website in the future, this section will be updated to list each service and provide any required consent controls.

Apple services

Apple may process information independently when you download, update, purchase, or report a problem with an app. That processing is governed by Apple’s privacy policy. NovoBuild does not control Apple’s processing.

Children’s privacy

Stonegate: Wildbound does not require an account, contain advertising, or request personal information through the game. Final age-directed language will match the game’s confirmed App Store age rating before release.

Data sharing and sale

NovoBuild does not sell personal information collected through Stonegate: Wildbound and does not use game information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Service providers that process contact or hosting data act on NovoBuild’s behalf and only as needed to provide their service.

Security

NovoBuild uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information submitted through support channels. However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage can be guaranteed completely secure.

Changes to this policy

NovoBuild may update this policy if the game’s features or legal requirements change. The effective date will be revised when material changes are made.
