Privacy Policy for Stonegate: The Mad Baron

NovoBuild LLC respects your privacy. This policy explains how Stonegate: The Mad Baron handles information when you use the game on an Apple device.

Information We Do Not Collect

Stonegate does not require an account and does not collect your name, email address, physical address, contacts, precise location, photos, camera or microphone data.

Stonegate does not contain advertising and does not use information for cross-app tracking or targeted advertising.

Game Saves

Stonegate stores game progress locally on your device.

If you are signed into iCloud and iCloud synchronization is available, the game may also store a copy of your game progress in your private iCloud account. This allows your party and progress to be available across compatible Apple devices signed into the same iCloud account.

NovoBuild does not receive or have direct access to your private iCloud game-save data. iCloud storage and synchronization are provided by Apple and are subject to Apple's privacy policy and terms.

Starting a new game removes Stonegate's synchronized game save as well as the local save on that device. Deleting the app removes locally stored game data, although an iCloud copy may remain until it is replaced or removed through the game or your iCloud settings.

In-App Purchases

Stonegate may offer a non-consumable purchase that unlocks the full game.

Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. NovoBuild does not receive your complete payment-card information. The game receives only the information needed to determine whether the full-game purchase has been completed or restored.

Apple's handling of purchase information is governed by Apple's privacy policy and App Store terms.

Diagnostics and Analytics

Stonegate does not use third-party advertising trackers or behavioral analytics.

Apple or the Unity runtime may provide limited technical information needed to operate the app, process purchases, diagnose crashes, or maintain platform security. NovoBuild does not use this information to build advertising profiles or track users across apps or websites.

Children's Privacy

Stonegate is not designed to collect personal information from children. The game does not require an account, contain advertising, or request personal information.

Data Sharing

NovoBuild does not sell personal information.

NovoBuild does not share game data with advertisers or data brokers.

Changes to This Policy

NovoBuild may update this policy if Stonegate's features or legal requirements change. The updated policy will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
